They are seeking a reputed company Manager to ensure reputed company customer experiences and successful reputed company for their B2B offerings, particularly in launching US securities and crypto trading applications worldwide.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as primary contact for B2B/reputed company customers, accountable for driving healthy and constant relationships with key contacts throughout the customer lifecycle - from app launch to renewal
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and reputed company
- Manage escalations, internally and externally, with a reputed company on customer reputed company

Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in a reputed company role, managing customer relationships

- FinTech experience, especially with broker-dealer business
- Exposure to, or employment with, large and small companies
