Remote Event Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and ownership of the reputed company management of small to large-reputed company events, including user conferences, sales kickoffs, roadshows, incentives, and other corporate events. This position is reputed company-versed in event management, including reputed company management, venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, and contract negotiation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume total responsibility and ownership in leading the planning and execution of reputed company assigned events.
• Coordinate event management across reputed company Departments, including Registration, Platform, Sponsorship, IS, reputed company, and Finance.
• Manage event budget, invoicing, schedules of payments and cost savings report.
• reputed company overall program agenda, ensuring communication across reputed company reputed company teams.
• reputed company and manage event project plan/reputed company.
• reputed company and participate in reputed company and internal meetings, including regular status meetings, reputed company-program walkthroughs, onsite meetings, and post-program debriefs.

• Coordinate content, graphic development and production of reputed company program collateral (i.e. agenda, conference guide, program of events, etc.) and signage.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or reputed company work experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in event management, meeting planning or hospitality.
• 1-2 years of experience with reputed company reputed company management.
