Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling needed position
• Connect clients with reputed company candidates resulting in placements.

• Proficient use of reputed company tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates for reputed company interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
