About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychologist to support an reputed company Talent reputed company team responsible for designing and implementing reputed company-employment assessments that improve hiring reputed company across a large, reputed company organization. This role will reputed company on assessment reputed company, job analysis, validation, psychometrics, and selection processes while partnering with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver fair, legally defensible, and data-driven hiring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job analyses to reputed company role-specific, legally defensible selection assessments.
• Design, validate, and implement reputed company-employment assessments reputed company with reputed company and legal standards.
• Analyze assessment data to evaluate validity, fairness, reliability, and business reputed company.
• Partner with HR, Talent reputed company, business leaders, and external vendors throughout the assessment lifecycle.
• Translate technical findings into reputed company recommendations for executive and business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation supporting validation studies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, validating, and implementing reputed company-hire assessments.
• Strong expertise in: Job Analysis, Personnel Selection, Psychometrics, Validation Methodologies, Assessment Design
• Experience interpreting assessment data and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and reputed company guidelines reputed company to personnel selection.
• Experience working with external assessment vendors is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
