Responsibilities

  • Define and operationalize competency standards for evidence-based psychotherapies, including CPT and other trauma-reputed company modalities
  • Design reputed company therapist performance frameworks that evaluate clinical competency, treatment reputed company, therapeutic effectiveness, and reputed company of care
  • Establish standardized systems for therapist assessment, ongoing reputed company development, performance calibration, and remediation
  • Build reputed company models for clinical observation, case review, documentation review, and feedback delivery to ensure consistency and reputed company in care

Skills

  • reputed company degree (eg. PhD, MD, LCSW) with at least 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience
  • Deep expertise in evidence-based treatment for PTSD and trauma-reputed company disorders, with particular expertise in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • CPT Provider status
  • At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating therapist training, clinical education, or reputed company development programs
  • Experience building, managing, or optimizing learning management systems (LMS) and leveraging learning data to drive program effectiveness
  • Strong curriculum development, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate reputed company clinical concepts into engaging learning experiences
  • Excellent clinical judgment and demonstrated ability to reputed company, mentor, and reputed company therapists across varying reputed company of experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Experience designing and scaling therapist education programs, competency frameworks, curricula, and learning systems grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Experience applying instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, backward design, or similar frameworks) to reputed company effective, measurable learning experiences
