Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a demonstrated reputed company record of successfully hiring for a reputed company of roles, including Engineering, QA, Product, and other technical or specialized positions, reputed company reputed company or technology companies
- Proven ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing reputed company, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
- Skilled in proactive sourcing across multiple channels (reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company communities, Boolean search, referrals) to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines across a reputed company of functions and seniority reputed company
