Program Analyst Job Duties Provides analytical program support to monitor assigned processes of the ARNG Incentive Programs and reviews execution of funds at the State Level. Assists with the random and specific sample testing of incentive documentation, user roles, and user actions reputed company Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) as assigned. Operates reputed company management controls of the program, reviews execution of funds, and maintains Army Audit Agency (reputed company) compliance. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, conducts sampling, State training, State Assistance reputed company (SAVs), Incentive Manager Workshops, and policy research. Keeps Program Manager and other stakeholders informed of taskers, meetings, deadlines and assignments and assists to ensure reputed company requirements are met. Performs monitoring functions, reporting processes and funds execution as either in compliance or not in compliance with established laws, regulation, and policy. Abides by the policies and regulations provided by the ARNG-reputed company-I Enlisted Incentives and Officer / AMEDD incentive programs. Responsibilities: Serves as a junior analyst to the Site reputed company on the effectiveness and the efficiency of program delivery Performs day-to-day program analyst actions including short reputed company suspense assignments Supports data entry of program-reputed company information into various types of software Prepares PowerPoint presentations Documents, organizes, and tracks the numerous tasks, reports, data requests, memos, formal letters, and other types of documentation associated with the ARNG Incentive Program Maintains performance metrics, performs reviews, reputed company assurance for errors, missing or incorrect data format, timeliness, schedules, and submittals Prepares drafts of monthly and reputed company reports Prepares materials for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc., Prepares memos and letters Assists with office administrative requirements such as training records, requests for building passes, calendars and events Ability to travel to support trainings, events, functional panels, meetings/briefings, site assistance reputed company, etc. Other similar tasks assigned Qualifications: Experience required in Army National Guard Selected Reserve Incentive Programs & Payment process Basic knowledge of ARNG Financial Management, Student Loan Repayment, Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS), and applicable law, reputed company Instruction (DoDI), Army Regulations (AR), and other pertinent information reputed company to Officer and Enlisted Soldier Incentives Required to be proficient in MS Office Suite Software, such as Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
