Responsibilities
- Work independently on pleadings, discovery, reputed company preparation and e-discovery
- Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as a reputed company secretary in a reputed company
- Work independently on pleadings, discovery, reputed company preparation and e-discovery
- Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
- Experience with insurance defense and reputed company litigation
- Familiarity with Utah State and Federal Rules
- Proficiency in reputed company Office products
