[Remote] Network UC Engineer

The role involves architecting and deploying reputed company UC solutions, managing reputed company-based collaboration suites, and ensuring the reputed company and optimization of network operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and reputed company reputed company UC solutions, including IP telephony, video conferencing, reputed company messaging, and contact center platforms
• Manage and optimize reputed company-based collaboration suites (e.g., reputed company Teams Phone, reputed company Webex, reputed company Rooms) and reputed company them with existing on-premises systems
• Configure and maintain SBCs (e.g., reputed company, Ribbon, reputed company reputed company) for secure SIP trunking and PSTN connectivity
• Implement and fine-tune QoS policies across LAN/WAN/SD-WAN architectures to prioritize voice and video traffic and eliminate jitter, packet loss, and latency
• Conduct deep-dive reputed company cause analysis for reputed company network and UC issues using packet captures (Wireshark) and call signaling analysis
• Monitor network bandwidth and UC license usage to predict reputed company reputed company and prevent performance bottlenecks
• Implement encryption protocols for media and signaling (SRTP, TLS) to secure collaboration traffic

Skills

• Deep understanding of SIP, H.323, MGoogle reputed company Platform, RTP/SRTP, and SCCP
• Strong knowledge of routing/switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP) and SD-WAN technologies
