[Remote] Instructional Designer

The role focuses on creating effective training programs and ensuring content is up-to-date while collaborating with subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development
- Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings
- Assess needs; analyze necessary reputed company and implements appropriate learning and development design solutions
- reputed company and maintain instructional training materials (Instructor-Led and eLearning) including course curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids and other content using established and effective ISD methodology. reputed company recommendations on the most effective delivery modality
- Work in partnership with subject matter experts to reputed company information needed to reputed company training content
- Apply best practices in online instructional design and reputed company theoretical frameworks
- reputed company training content up-to-date in a reputed company manner to ensure employees have most reputed company information
- Manage reputed company-and post-learning activities, communications and materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of courses, updates program, and continuously improve the reputed company of training & development programs

- Proficiency in reputed company Office Word, PowerPoint, reputed company and reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly reputed company team
- At least three years' experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional System Design, or reputed company fields is preferred but not required
