[Remote] Solutions Consultant

The Solutions Consultant will partner with customer-facing teams, engage with clients during the evaluation phase, and deliver technical support and product briefings to enhance customer satisfaction and support business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer-Facing Teams to reputed company the overall reputed company reputed company, reputed company and reputed company to customers
• Own technical engagement with customers during the evaluation phase. Communicate reputed company value based on activities and work with customers on any identified issues or concerns to successful conclusion
• Technically support reputed company opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical reputed company, and credibility
• Deliver deep-dive product and technical briefings/presentations to potential clients
• Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input both wins and losses
• Proactively engage and communicate with customers and reputed company business/technical teams regarding product feedback and competitive landscape
• Engage with reputed company Product Council, reputed company guidance and feedback directly from customer interactions and help shape product roadmap
• Assist Product Team with Product and Demo certifications, as reputed company as helping with new release training and certifications

Skills

• You have at least 5 years of experience in ABA either on the Clinical or reputed company Management reputed company
