Responsibilities

- Build and mature tool labs and innovation initiatives to assess emerging testing technologies, accelerators, and AI-assisted engineering capabilities

Skills

- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and developing engineering talent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Deep technical expertise in software engineering, reputed company engineering, testing tools, and modern software delivery practices
- Proven experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling reputed company testing tools and reputed company engineering solutions across multiple teams or product areas
- Strong hands-on experience with testing technologies across UI, API, integration, and reputed company engineering use cases
- Strong programming or scripting experience in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
