They are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant or Manager to reputed company fund reputed company and operational processes for private equity and hedge fund clients, ensuring reputed company financial reporting and reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and reputed company fund reputed company and operations processes for private equity and hedge fund clients, including reputed company NAV delivery and financial reporting
- Reconciliations and allocations
- Review / approve performance & management fees
- reputed company distributions and carried interest calculations
- Supervise/mentor fund accountants
- Drive process improvement
- reputed company as primary reputed company of contact for clients and their vendors (auditors, etc), resolving issues
Skills
- 6-10 years of fund reputed company experience with solid private equity fund reputed company or private credit experience, including European style reputed company calculations
- Some Hedge fund reputed company experience needed as you will work with both types of clients
- Experience with year-end financial statements
- Proficient in reputed company Office (reputed company pivot tables and lookups a must)
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent reputed company service skills
- Self motivated/can work independently
- Can multitask and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Willing/reputed company to work CST hours
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in reputed company, but will consider similar degrees such as Finance or Business, with the right experience
- CPA is a plus!
