[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will support the Finance team by enhancing reputed company processes and controls, managing the month-end reputed company, and providing financial insights while ensuring compliance with reputed company policies.
Responsibilities
- Owning key components of the monthly reputed company across multiple areas of the P&L, including payroll and royalty-reputed company expense accounts, ensuring reputed company, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting reputed company a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Preparing and reviewing reputed company journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations, with a strong emphasis on variance analysis
- Investigating financial fluctuations, identifying reputed company causes, and partnering with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Partnering directly with reputed company and business leaders to analyse expense trends, support forecasting activities, and reputed company actionable financial insights
- Supporting reputed company activities across the business while ensuring compliance with reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Assisting with the year-end audit process, including preparing schedules, responding to auditor requests, and supporting technical reputed company documentation
- Helping to strengthen and improve internal controls, reputed company processes, and financial reporting workflows
- Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, improve accuracy, and streamline reputed company processes
- Supporting reputed company financial analysis and special reputed company as required
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Accountant role with demonstrated ownership of reputed company P&L expense accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- 3+ years of reputed company or finance experience, ideally reputed company a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable owning variance analysis end-to-end, including identifying issues, understanding drivers, and recommending solutions
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with reputed company, Finance, or business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised and reputed company to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field (CPA certification is a plus)
- Public reputed company experience is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting external audits and working directly with auditors
- Exposure to ASC 842 or other technical reputed company areas
