[Remote] Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Remote)

They are seeking a Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer reputed company and retention through strategic campaigns and customer communications across various channels.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute strategic campaigns to increase marketplace customer retention and grow bookings through email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messaging
- Design and continuously optimize customer reputed company flows that accelerate adoption for new customers
- Identify new activation milestones and build campaigns that reliably reputed company users to them
- Maintain and optimize a comprehensive calendar of seasonal campaigns and promotions across the reputed company marketplace, aimed at driving incremental orders
- Analyze and translate data from various sources (eg. reporting dashboards, customer insights) into actionable insights, recommendations and strategic plans to enhance customer reputed company, drive engagement, and improve conversion rates
- Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve campaign effectiveness

Skills
- 5-8+ years of marketing experience, with a background in customer adoption, engagement, and retention. B2B2C/B2C e-reputed company or marketplace experience is strongly preferred

- Experience driving customer lifecycle marketing strategies and executing creative, high-performing multi-channel campaigns
