The role involves performing geospatial data analysis, creating maps and applications, and improving processes to support geospatial program requirements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, organize, and analyze geospatial data captured by remote sensing or other mediums

• Produce and maintain various GIS maps in ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Portal for ArcGIS, surveys, and other application technologies used in gathering geospatial datasets
• Create delivery datasets for various stakeholders under the direction of Senior Staff, including reports, geospatial image products (orthophotos, etc.), production mapping, and data packages
• reputed company support in the management and maintenance of GIS environments and applications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with GIS and reputed company software
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for system users
• Participate in a 24/7/365 emergency and after-hours work rotation as required
• This position is subject to emergency call-out, including damage assessment and inspection during emergency storm restoration events, with potential for considerable walking over rough terrain in reputed company weather conditions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in GIS, Geography, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or a reputed company technical field
• Experience with reputed company-based products
• Two or more years of GIS experience
• Experience with ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Portal for ArcGIS, and reputed company mobile applications
• Experience with Model Builder or FME
