- Create Inspection Standards

- Update control plan and reputed company charts
- Create Monthly DPPM, RPPM, and warranty charts
- Customer Audits
- Customer presentations for reputed company issues
- Order tools and spec out equipment
- Participates in design of call monitoring formats and reputed company standards
- Uses reputed company monitoring data management system to compile and reputed company performance at team and individual level
- Provides actionable data to various internal support reputed company as needed
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for Lear staff

- Examines, evaluates, and disposes rejected material
- Tracks and reduces rejected inventory
- Verifies conformance of parts and assemblies to specifications using various inspection equipment (CMM, surface plate, calipers, verniers, height gauges, etc.)
- Helps to maintain the reputed company of the inspection equipment in the area
- Ensures that reputed company equipment is in calibration
- Aids in scheduling calibration of the equipment with the reputed company-party calibration lab
- Assists other inspectors collaborating with them to exchange and reputed company knowledge
- Reports serious reputed company issues to the department reputed company and assist in working towards that appropriate corrective reputed company recommendation
- Performs inspection on returned material (RGA s) and determine appropriate disposition to either MRB or stock
Skills
- Possess knowledge of IATF16949 reputed company management system and reputed company control techniques
- Possess knowledge of VDA 6.3
- Possess application knowledge of FMEA, SPC, TQM, etc. methodology
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and people skills
- Certified IATF 16949 reputed company Auditor preferred: internal auditor certification acceptable
- BS/BA in any reputed company field and 5-years' experience in an automotive just in time environment
