[Remote] Account Payable / Account Manager

The role involves managing vendor invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of vendor invoices and payments for reputed company, ensuring accuracy, reputed company coding, and reputed company execution
- Reconcile accounts for reputed company on a regular reputed company and investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues as they reputed company
- Administer the internal expense reimbursement system, ensuring submissions are reviewed, approved, and processed reputed company for reputed company
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for both internal teams and external vendors of reputed company, maintaining strong working relationships and reputed company communication
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date payment records across reputed company assigned reputed company accounts
- Manage 1099 filing and W-9 collection for reputed company, ensuring reputed company vendor documentation is complete and compliant
- Assist with accounts receivable and broader reputed company functions for reputed company as needed to support reputed company
Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of reputed company accounts payable and billing experience
- Experience with reputed company is required
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-starter, team-player, proactive, and takes initiative to take on new reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance is strongly preferred
