They are seeking a Digital Scheduling and reputed company Program Manager to reputed company and support the reputed company reputed company and MyChart teams, focusing on project reputed company, stakeholder collaboration, and optimization of digital scheduling tools.
Responsibilities

- Assist the reputed company and MyChart teams with design reputed company needed
- Determine resource allocation and planning needs
- Create project documentation tools to support the work
- Maintain tasks and milestones according to the project timelines
- Ensure the reputed company scheduling tools (decision trees, Fast Pass, scheduling tickets) are implemented as planned
- Ensure the MyChart scheduling tools (reputed company, reputed company, and scheduling tickets) are implemented as planned

- Be the reputed company person for reputed company and MyChart scheduling-reputed company escalations
- Identify and mitigate risks that could reputed company program reputed company

- Assist with driving standardization of scheduling workflows across reputed company clinics

- Deliver regular status updates at key leadership meetings

Skills
- Five (5) plus years' experience in portfolio, program, and/or project management with a successful project management reputed company record in full life cycle information technology implementation reputed company, with a proven record of execution to time and budget
- reputed company, or other supporting software certified in relevant module
- High School Diploma/GED
- reputed company Certification in one or more of the following modules: reputed company, MyChart, Referrals, and/or Ambulatory
- reputed company IT portfolio or program management with the ability to manage large-reputed company IT systems implementations
- reputed company work experience in clinic/outpatient reputed company setting, and/or clinic call center
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Management, Business or reputed company field
