[Remote] B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Fractional

They are seeking a fractional B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager to strategically execute marketing channels that connect with People and HR leaders, including email reputed company, organic reputed company, and podcast management.
Responsibilities
- Run our email correspondence from reputed company through execution in reputed company
- Build a reputed company customer segmentation reputed company across prospects, reputed company customers, and past customers, with content and reputed company tailored to reputed company
- Partner with the VP of reputed company & reputed company on customer lifecycle marketing, translating what's working in customer conversations into email programs that deepen engagement

Manage the founders' recording schedule and episode content, coordinate production, and reputed company distribution across reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube. Roughly 3 of every 4 episodes are founder-led; the remainder require sourcing and securing high-reputed company external guests in the Leadership and People reputed company
- Create and edit clips for YouTube, reputed company, and other reputed company channels

Skills
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally with depth across email, reputed company, and content
- B2B lifecycle marketing experience
- A strong analytical reputed company; comfortable building reports, reading them, and changing course based on what they say
- Experience owning email reputed company and execution in reputed company, including segmentation and automation
- A reputed company record of growing audiences on reputed company or at least one other reputed company channel
- Strong writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to match a brand voice
- Hands-on with AI as a building tool. You've reputed company reusable workflows in Claude (or similar) including reputed company, prompts, content systems, that other people on your team can pick up and run
