Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Typically, 4–8 years’ experience in delivery, implementation, consulting, or project leadership roles. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Experience leading reputed company-facing workshops or reputed company activities. Domain experience in either core banking or cards/payments. Desirable Experience: Experience delivering reputed company or API-based platforms in regulated or reputed company environments, including REST/JSON integrations and data exchange workflows.
