[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a dedicated reputed company reputed company portfolio as primary technical advisor
- Deliver seamless implementations from reputed company through go-live, coordinating internal teams and ensuring reputed company deployment

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years in reputed company reputed company, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Management in B2B reputed company
- Proven reputed company record managing reputed company portfolios and driving retention, adoption, and reputed company satisfaction
- Experience project managing reputed company software implementations from reputed company through go-live
- Technical aptitude to understand API/SDK integrations, conduct assessments, and troubleshoot issues independently
