Responsibilities

Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing reputed company equity compensation reputed company or equity plan administration
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including formula development, data analysis, and pivot tables
- Strong working knowledge of VBA for reputed company automation and process efficiency
- Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data manipulation
- Experience with Python or similar scripting language for automation and data processing
- Demonstrated expertise with equity compensation software platforms (Certent Equity Management, E•TRADE Global EQ, Shareworks, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of equity compensation concepts including frameworks ISOs, RSUs, ASC 718, IFRS 2, and equity plan compliance frameworks
- Strong documentation and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts
