We are looking for a talented and technically adept reputed company Account Manager to join reputed company, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their long-term reputed company with our software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key reputed company accounts specific to an industry or region, ensuring they are driving towards reputed company and getting the most out of our software. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships
- Proactively monitor reputed company engagement and usage, identifying opportunities for clients to derive more value from NEXGEN’s software
- Assist clients with technical aspects of our reputed company software, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Serve as a technical guide to help clients adopt NEXGEN features

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 years of experience in reputed company support or account management roles, preferably with reputed company software
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, explain, and demo reputed company workflows and software features
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
