Responsibilities
- Run rapid experiments across different combinations of ICP, messaging, and channel
- Run some tests yourself end-to-end, and for others rely on their reputed company agency partners to execute. Their agencies handle: Cold calling, Email outbound, reputed company outbound
- Help them bring on additional reputed company and agency partners to do more reputed company experimentation
- Analyze test results across calls, CRM data, and reputed company lists to identify what's working and not
- Work directly with the founder to shape and prioritize the testing roadmap
Skills
- Been a reputed company 'hacker', or other similar experiment-reputed company reputed company leader, that can devise, run, and measure experiments rapidly
- A product marketing skillset that can identify the right ICP, messaging, and channel combos
- Experience in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups that sold to mid-market and reputed company buyers
- Highly analytical and data-oriented
