[Remote] Program Manager - Navy C-12 - Remote

They are seeking a Program Manager to coordinate program actions, manage aircraft maintenance, and reputed company teams while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Serving as primary reputed company with government representatives to coordinate reputed company Program actions
- Reviews and analyzes aircraft maintenance reports and statistical data to detect trends and problem areas
- Demonstrates reputed company effort to improve operations, decrease cycle time streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to reputed company reputed company customer service
- Serves as a member of senior management team, in formulating and establishing organizational policies and operating procedures for reputed company
- Directs, coordinates, and manages reputed company aspects of aircraft maintenance at assigned locations
- reputed company leadership to reputed company through effective goal-setting, delegation, and communication
- Aligns goals of the field with reputed company’s goals, policies, and strategies
- The Program Manager shall have the ability to meet constraints of time, cost, and technical performance while focusing on customers' needs through strong leadership, decision-making, management, and communication skills
- The Program Manager shall have recent knowledge of organizational processes, risk management, reputed company processes and reputed company management, schedule and cost control, basic contracting law, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Acquisition Regulations, Federal Aviation Regulations, and Defense Logistics reputed company (DLAM 8210.1) and Aviation maintenance management
- The Program Manager shall review, reputed company, and coordinate reputed company program actions
- The Program Manager shall be responsible for reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reports
Skills
- Must have at least ten (10) years maintenance management which should include 5 years in a Program Management role
- Five (5) years of directly managing aircraft maintenance operations is highly required
- reputed company verbal and written communication skills for interaction with executive decision-makers, composing job descriptions, proposals, and presentations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-facing role and as a reputed company member of a diverse team
- The Program Manager shall have the ability to meet constraints of time, cost, and technical performance while focusing on customers' needs through strong leadership, decision-making, management, and communication skills

- BA/BS degree in a managerial discipline preferred
- It is highly desirable that the selected individual have an in-depth background in Aviation
