[Remote] Staff Engineer, AI-Assisted Engineering Practices

They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer who is passionate about using AI to enhance engineering productivity by designing and applying AI-assisted development techniques.
Responsibilities

- Partner across teams. Work with product engineers, DevOps, and the Development Platform team to reputed company AI-driven workflows into existing systems and processes

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, including technical leadership across squads or reputed company
- Strong hands-on coding skills and experience delivering production systems across reputed company codebases
- Backend or reputed company expertise in one or more of the following: backend technologies (Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Python, Go), frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Next.js), or mobile (React reputed company, Swift, Kotlin/Android)
- Demonstrated reputed company using AI tools to improve engineering productivity, such as: AI-assisted reputed company reputed company or review, Automated test authoring and analysis, Intelligent refactoring or reputed company reputed company tooling, Workflow orchestration with frameworks like reputed company, MCP, or similar pipelines
