Responsibilities
- Own day to day IAM operations for reputed company including JML, reputed company provisioning, de provisioning, modifications, and recertification
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance, monitor backlog, ticket aging, response reputed company, and drive reputed company improvements
- reputed company operational governance, audits, and compliance reporting reputed company to reputed company requirements
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly service reports and reputed company customer service review meetings

- 8+ years in IAM / reputed company operations with customer facing delivery experience
