[Remote] Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist will manage patient engagements, reputed company to meet performance targets, and work collaboratively to improve the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient engagements and inquiries

Skills
- 1+ years in a call center or other customer-facing role required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or operations role, preferably in a reputed company or medical office environment
- College/University degree
