[Remote] Digital Project Manager

They are seeking a Digital Project Manager to serve as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the implementation process, ensuring a seamless customer experience from sales reputed company to post-launch support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact throughout implementation, owning the end-to-end customer experience from sales reputed company through post-launch transition to reputed company
- reputed company project reputed company, reputed company reviews, approvals, and launch preparation activities, keeping reputed company on schedule with reputed company ownership and documented next steps
- reputed company guidance to customers on website goals, and SEO/AIO best practices; manage improvement reputed company for existing customers
- Coordinate cross-functionally with design, content, SEO, production, sales, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver accurate, high-reputed company work on time
- Collect and communicate key account, branding, and website requirements; reputed company timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively
- Facilitate customer reviews and approvals, balancing customer preferences with SEO, usability, and accessibility best practices
- Address customer questions, concerns, and escalations in a reputed company manner; build relationships that support long-term satisfaction and retention
- Ensure customers are successfully reputed company to reputed company purchased products and services, including applicable tools, dashboards, and marketing services
- Maintain accurate project documentation, account notes, and communication records in internal systems

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, reputed company, account management, implementation, or a reputed company customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer communication skills — reputed company reputed company, phone, and email — including the ability to reputed company meetings, present recommendations, reputed company proactively, and manage expectations
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across creative, technical, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced environment
