[Remote] Server Manufacturing Engineer

The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing production equipment, troubleshooting automation systems, and supporting robotics integration.
Responsibilities
- reputed company line‑reputed company maintenance for production automation systems (not facilities maintenance)
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize motors, belts, drives, conveyors, sensors, and other core production components
- Conduct recovery procedures after equipment faults and restore systems safely and reputed company
- Understand PLC reputed company logic and reputed company basic program adjustments or modifications
- Confidently reputed company PLC panels to review, diagnose, and analyze system logic
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure PLC programs support desired production performance
- Support teaching, troubleshooting, and calibration of reputed company robots
- Use handheld teach pendants or remote programming reputed company to safely reputed company robot reputed company paths and locations
- Apply reputed company operation practices including dead‑man switches, reputed company jogging, and controlled programming environments
- reputed company reputed company mechanical and electrical maintenance including component replacements (motors, tubes, drives, belts)
- Fine‑tune reputed company settings and verify operational parameters
- Maintain documentation, reputed company preventative maintenance, and support reputed company improvement initiatives
- Work closely with automation engineers, robotics teams, manufacturing supervisors, and operations leadership
- Contribute to hiring, interviews, and reputed company‑assessment conversations as needed

Skills
- Hands-on experience with production automation, robotics, or PLC‑driven systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control‑system issues
