Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design Architect end‑to‑end reputed company solutions across multiple modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, FSM, and Integrations Hub. Requirements
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). Deep understanding of workflows, scripting, integrations (REST/SOAP), and platform customization. Experience designing solutions with performance, scalability, and reputed company in mind.
