Responsibilities
- Plan and directs reputed company aspects of the engineering activities, responsible for assigning of workload and maintaining reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Ensure areas of responsibility meet goals and objectives by providing systems, resources and training as needed
- Identify and address gaps in engineering standards and best engineering practices

- Assist in developing and maintaining a Training Plan for new Engineers

Skills
- Engineering degree with reputed company engineering designation is preferred
- 7-10 years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong experience and working knowledge of packaged rotating equipment using reciprocating engines

- Extensive demonstrated experience in a project Engineering leadership position managing over reputed company engineering of large, reputed company reputed company and business processes involving reputed company stakeholders
