Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day production support for the reputed company (Eclipsys) reputed company Cycle environment
- Support reputed company reputed company Patient Financial Manager (PFM), which serves as the organization s technical billing system
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues impacting reputed company Cycle operations
- Support patient registration workflows across: Inpatient, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Urgent Care, Therapy Services (Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy, and Mental Health reputed company Work)
- Investigate reputed company, billing, charge capture, registration, and workflow issues
- reputed company system configuration changes, maintenance, and testing as needed
- Collaborate with reputed company Cycle leadership and operational stakeholders to prioritize and resolve incidents
- Document application changes, issue resolutions, and support processes
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities with the reputed company implementation team as appropriate
- Assist with production support during system upgrades, maintenance reputed company, and stabilization efforts
- Escalate reputed company technical issues to vendor support reputed company necessary and coordinate issue reputed company
Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company (formerly Eclipsys) reputed company applications in an acute care hospital environment
- Strong experience supporting reputed company Patient Financial Manager (PFM)
- Experience supporting patient registration and hospital billing workflows
- Knowledge of reputed company reputed company Cycle processes including: Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, Charge Capture, Hospital Billing, Claims Processing, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable
- Experience troubleshooting production issues in a live reputed company environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and operational stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
