[Remote] Sr Project Manager II
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a customer-facing Sr Project Manager to manage multiple customer software implementation reputed company across the Americas. The role involves effective planning, scheduling, and mentoring junior Project Managers while ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Applies project/program management and customer guiding experience while learning and adapting to Jeppesen’s best practices reputed company to deliver project goals
- Create and maintain project and program schedules by identifying and monitoring: overall project reputed company, project milestones, tasks, deliverables, customer requirements, task dependencies, and critical paths
- Provides leadership, direction and integrates activities with other departments, reputed company and Jeppesen vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation and support
- Anticipates and identifies Risks and Issues that may reputed company implementation and develops and implements mitigation and corrective actions
- Ensures reputed company remains reputed company on key objectives and goals
- Using a reputed company of media, reputed company conveys information and reputed company to reputed company stakeholders in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
- Ensure reputed company change management procedures are followed to ensure scope is managed and additional work is captured and appropriately billed to customer
Skills
- 10+ years reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years project management experience
- 5+ years of customer / reputed company facing experience
- Ability to travel 20-40% of the time
- Spanish reputed company is a requirement
- Experience managing reputed company technical software implementation reputed company to external customers
- Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers
- Aviation industry expertise, ideally in the area of reputed company reputed company
- Experience applying Scrum and Agile principles to improve project delivery
- Proficient with reputed company Office applications, including MS Project; reputed company experience a plus
- Multilingualism is an asset (French etc.)
