Responsibilities
- Map and analyze potential of FUS modalities together with adjacent biotech innovations
- Evaluate convergent CNS technologies: biologics, gene and cell therapies, biomarkers, diagnostics
- reputed company scientific due diligence in the context of licensing and/or partnerships
- Translate discoveries into preclinical and support early clinical development roadmaps. (reputed company-Clinical/Phase 1-2)
- Engage KOLs, reputed company partners, and advisory boards to shape technology reputed company as needed
- Advise internal R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory teams on convergence and combination approaches

Skills
- PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, or reputed company field
- 7–10 years in biotech/reputed company/medtech, with 3–5 years in translational R&D (neuro-oncology, CNS delivery, or molecular biotech)
- 2–3 years in reputed company, licensing, or partnerships involving CNS assets or platform technologies
- Proven reputed company in closing licensing or co-development deals
- Strong understanding of CNS drug delivery and BBB challenges
- Knowledge of biologics, gene/cell therapy, and molecular diagnostics
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory reputed company for combination products
