Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic customers
- Understand customer business goals and reputed company program delivery with customer expectations
- Drive customer reputed company, implementation, adoption, and ongoing reputed company
- Monitor customer health and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews and executive status meetings
