[Remote] Temporary Recruiter

They are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned clients and roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and assess candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company including intake sessions, sourcing reputed company, post jobs, conduct screenings, coordinate and schedule interviews, manage selection, offer negotiations, reputed company offers, and finalize reputed company-boarding tasks
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and tailored recruitment, interview, and advertisement plans
- reputed company and execute sourcing strategies (reputed company sourcing, referrals, job boards, colleges, community hiring events, etc.) and manage pipelines
- reputed company candidates reputed company reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, applicant tracking system (ATS), boolean search, and other established and unique tools and sources
- Create targeted reputed company campaigns to attract passive talent
- Conduct reputed company phone/video screens and coordinate interview feedback
- Advise on offer recommendations, compensation alignment, and closing strategies
- Ensure accurate ATS documentation and compliance with hiring practices

Skills
- 2-5 years of reputed company experience (agency or in-house) in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication

- Strong computer skills, including reputed company Word, reputed company & Outlook
- Ability to assess talent against role requirements and reputed company hiring teams
- Ability to work with minimal supervision/direction

- Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field
