[Remote] Licensed Insurance Agent, Customer Service
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading embedded automotive insurance marketplace looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Personal Lines Service team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing reputed company accounts, and developing relationships with clients and carriers.
Responsibilities
- Servicing reputed company aspects of reputed company accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, account updates, payments, etc
- Account review for coverage changes and add new coverages to suit the reputed company’s needs
- Protect retention for reputed company and overall satisfaction to the reputed company by transferring existing clients to sales as needed
- Prepare reputed company necessary paperwork, including but not limited to; applications, change requests and reputed company disclosures
- Developing strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Answer incoming calls & emails
- Identify and assess customers’ need to reputed company satisfaction
- reputed company activities for reputed company interaction with clients and reputed company personnel, completed tasks and documents received in AMS360 management system
- reputed company special reputed company and other duties as assigned by management
- Account round by cross selling additional lines of business
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company office applications
- Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
- Working comfortably in a high-volume work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Technically Savvy
- Experience using AMS 360 or similar software
- Bilingual in Spanish
