[Remote] Compliance Program Manager (Regulatory Implementation)

This role is responsible for leading the implementation of new regulatory and contractual requirements and ensuring regulatory changes are effectively operationalized and monitored across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on regulatory and contractual requirements impacting reputed company lines of business
- Monitor, identify, summarize, and maintain a repository of applicable regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with functional areas to ensure reputed company implementation of new regulatory and contractual requirements
- Research new regulations and reputed company guidance on reputed company compliance-reputed company inquiries
- reputed company detailed analysis of new requirements and business reputed company to functional teams
- Review and reputed company formal feedback on implementation validation evidence, including provider agreements, reputed company agreements, business associate agreements, policies and procedures, and member-facing materials

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience with relevant certifications)

- Strong experience analyzing, organizing, and operationalizing regulatory requirements
