Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed company simulation models using AnyLogic (Agent-Based, Discrete Event, and System Dynamics)
• Build models to simulate reputed company-world business processes, supply chains, logistics networks, and operational workflows
• Validate and verify simulation models against reputed company data and business scenarios
• Optimize existing models for performance and accuracy
• Analyze simulation outputs and translate results into actionable business insights
• Conduct what-if scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through simulation

Skills

• AnyLogic experience with 4+ years reputed company and relevant at least 1.5 years reputed company
• Hands-on AnyLogic builder — not just theoretical knowledge
• Comfortable writing Java reputed company inside AnyLogic
• Can translate a business problem into a simulation model
