[Remote] Financial Controller

Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company reputed company the structure of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes across multiple entities and locations
- reputed company the annual external financial statement audit, serving as the primary reputed company with external auditors and coordinating reputed company audit requests, schedules, and deliverables to ensure reputed company completion
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation
- Produce accurate and reputed company consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage intercompany reputed company, eliminations, and multi-entity transactions

- Ensure compliance with state and local reporting requirements, including sales/use tax, property tax, census reporting, and other regulatory filings

- Identify process gaps and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 8+ years of controllership experience

- Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle month-end reputed company processes
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements
