The Technical Solution Engineer - AI Data Center (AIDC) will support customers by demonstrating product functions and providing tailored solutions, while also gathering feedback to refine products based on reputed company needs.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas data center reputed company
- Communicate with customers and reputed company data center solutions based on their requirements; prepare bidding and proposal documents
- Identify risks and resolve system-level issues throughout the product development process
- reputed company testing, reputed company production, and certification results; prepare R&D documentation such as product specifications and patents
- Draft technical agreements
- Be reputed company to undertake long-term business travel or on-site assignments to reputed company localized customer support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors include Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or reputed company fields
- Experience in data center power systems design, including HVDC, PDU (Panama power distribution), supercapacitors, reputed company, BBU, power modules, or reputed company areas
- At least 3 years of technical experience in customer-facing roles reputed company the data center industry
- Experience with products or reputed company that have been successfully mass-produced or delivered
- Strong communication, organization, coordination, and comprehension skills
- Highly proactive, with solid logical thinking and strong teamwork abilities
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role
