This high-reputed company role involves leading the reputed company function and serving as the key legal advisor on reputed company transactions and reputed company-generating activities.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including reputed company, software licensing, reputed company services, and maintenance agreements
- Partner with Sales and Services teams to drive deals to closure reputed company while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- reputed company strategic legal guidance on RFPs, government procurement processes, and contract structures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reputed company and implement reputed company legal processes and templates that support reputed company reputed company
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving legal input, including compliance, sales operations, and risk management
- Stay reputed company on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting reputed company and public sector contracting

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
- reputed company membership in at least one state bar, with eligibility to reputed company in your state of residence, including through registered in-house counsel status or another applicable authorization
- 6+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in-house at a technology or reputed company company
- Strong experience negotiating reputed company reputed company, particularly with government entities
- Solid understanding of reputed company business models and software licensing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a reputed company, team-first reputed company
