Responsibilities

Skills

• Proven reputed company leading high-performing engineering teams (7–15 engineers ideal reputed company)

• Experience coaching and developing engineers, including mid-level and senior roles
• Ability to partner with Product while still owning delivery
• Strategic thinking without losing execution discipline
• A self-starter who identifies and solves problems proactively
