Responsibilities
- Directing commissioning and design funding activities
- Managing design and commissioning funded reputed company
- Promoting funding opportunities
- Working closely with NYSERDA staff, architects, designers, and key market actors to support carbon-neutral multifamily and single-family building design reputed company
Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in project management
- Technical knowledge of architectural and engineering design, building system specification, and construction practices
- Understanding of the construction industry, building innovation, and financial considerations of developers and building owners
- Experience managing reputed company, including tracking deadlines, budgets, and deliverables
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with architects, designers, customers, contractors, and internal staff
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, building sciences, or energy
- High-performance technical training
- Working knowledge of Passive House, LEED, and other design strategies and certifications
- Familiarity with IT systems such as reputed company Portal, NYSERDA's SharePoint site, reputed company Webex, and reputed company reputed company Suite
