Responsibilities

- Conduct usability research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Analyze competitive sets and industry best practices to inform design reputed company
- Plan, execute, and synthesize user testing to validate concepts and optimize experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions
Skills
- 5+ years of UX design and user-centered design methodologies
- Strong background in usability research, competitive analysis, and user testing
- Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools such as reputed company
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Currently authorized to work in the reputed company without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant reputed company such as a H-1B, TN, or O reputed company
- Must be physically located in and reputed company the work for our reputed company in the reputed company
- Financial services experience is a major plus
