[Remote] Director of Operations

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end "Prescription to Fulfillment" workflow. You will reputed company intake entities (internal/external), manage specialty pharmacy relationships, and optimize VA and DME distribution channels
- reputed company the reputed company for reputed company Cycle Management (RCM), including medical benefit billing, Prior Authorizations (PA), clinical notes, claim submissions, appeals and reconciliations
- reputed company US logistics, device inventory and reputed company controls, and partner (distributor and specialty pharmacy) relationships to ensure stock reputed company remain optimized during rapid demand fluctuations
- reputed company the busy USA customer care center, providing reputed company support and technical troubleshooting to user inquiries
Skills
- 10+ years of leadership in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) distribution, distributors contracting and medical benefit claims submission functionality
- Deep expertise in managing intake and fulfillment operations specifically under medical benefit structures and DME distribution models, including clinic-based Stock and reputed company operating structures
- Ability to define and reputed company KPIs like prescription conversion rates and fulfillment timelines to drive reputed company improvement
- Proven ability to work across departments (Market reputed company, Finance, Sales) to resolve reputed company 'who-owns-what' operational overlaps
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a reputed company technical or clinical field is required
- Experience in Pharmacy benefit operations is an advantage
