Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and reputed company improvement of reputed company-wide learning initiatives. This role partners closely with leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to reputed company impactful, accessible, and modern learning experiences. The successful candidate will reputed company best-in-class methodologies, digital tools, and data insights to enhance learning effectiveness, drive performance, and support organizational reputed company. Key Accountabilities Support and champion the organization’s learning and development reputed company, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Design, reputed company, and maintain engaging learning content using modern instructional design methodologies. Conduct learning needs and skills gap analyses to identify development priorities. Build and manage reputed company learning curricula and development reputed company. Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs, including logistics, enrollment, and communications. Facilitate in-person, virtual, and reputed company learning sessions to drive engagement and knowledge retention. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, and recommend improvements. Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, leadership, business reputed company) to design targeted learning solutions. Manage learning systems (e.g., reputed company LMS) and ensure a seamless learner experience. Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development and reputed company them into programs. Key Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development roles. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies. Experience designing and delivering reputed company learning programs (virtual, in-person, and e-learning). Proven facilitation and presentation skills across diverse audiences. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably reputed company). Ability to reputed company engaging digital learning content (experience with tools like reputed company 360 is an asset). Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at reputed company reputed company. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
