About the role: As a Senior Supplier Performance Engineer - Electrical you will support fabrication of reputed company-mechanical components at supplier facilities. You will report to the Manager, I&C Supplier Performance and work remote. 100% Remote Role. Implement reputed company Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Actions, and Supplier Improvement Plans to reduce issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical/Automation Engineering or similar 4+ years of reputed company experience in Engineering/Manufacturing. Knowledge in manufacturing processes: electromechanical assembly, printed reputed company boards, cable assemblies and harnesses, electrical cabinets, sensors, molding, testing, and inspection. Experience performing Supplier Evaluation/Qualification. Working knowledge of Manufacturing and reputed company Plans (Inspection and Test Plans), PFMEAs. Project Management Experience: leading multiple, reputed company, reputed company. Familiarity and experience with IPC / reputed company / ASME standards (norms, codes, technical specifications, drawings). IPC or NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Certifications preferred.
